Compatibility
The Windows version will run under Win XP, NT, 2000, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8.
Functionality
Most of the key variables such as property value and rent are locked in the demonstration versions, but all of the functions can still be explored. The program can be unlocked using a licensee name and corresponding registration key, which can be made available as soon as the software is purchased.
Downloading
The file which you download will be a self-extracting installation routine (9 mb). If you specify to open or run the file rather than save it to disk, the installation process will be automatic. If you save it, you will then need to double-click the file to install it.
PIA Investor
PIAFpu is for investors who want to understand for themselves all the benefits and implications of investing in property. The software is similar in functionality to the PIAPro version, but is licensed for personal use only and lacks client-related features such as professional disclaimers in generated reports.

PIA Professional
PIAPro is for industry professionals who want to help investors understand all the benefits and implications of investing in property. This version can be licensed to a company for use on all computers at the one site (site license) and has additional client-related features such as professional disclaimers in generated reports.
